The Law Office of Nixon and Associates P.C. will collectively represent “The Owners”, meaning you and your neighbors, in the forthcoming Owners vs. Spring Lakes HOA litigation in the Harris County Civil District Court. Each “Owner” can purchase five or more hours of legal services in this matter. This matter will be litigated as a class action lawsuit pursuant to the Texas Rules of Civil Procedure.
